Refund policy: Non-author registrants who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, will receive a refund on their registration fee with a cancellation fee of 100 Euro if the refund request is received in writing by March 19, 2021. Registrants are liable for their full fees after that date (i.e., no refund will be made).
There will be no refund to the author registrants. In this case the paid fees are transferred to a substitute speaker.

To proceed with your registration for the event, you must complete the registration form. Your data will be stored on the system.
The information stored in the system will be used exclusively in connection with this event. Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties if necessary for the organization of the event, for billing purposes or for legal reasons, but will not be distributed or sold to other third parties for other purposes.
Upon request, the organizers of this event will provide you, in writing, with all personal data that they have stored about you.
